The first step in producing a quality ham is to carefully choose partners who share our core values.
The meat comes from selected pig farms that devote great care to animal welfare, avoiding intensive methods and the use of antibiotics, and are committed to preserving the animal’s genetic heritage.

Well-being of people



Our hams only need salt, air and time. Any other ingredient is superfluous. That is why we never use preservatives or colouring agents, nor additives, nitrites or nitrates, gluten or dairy products.
